Myofascial Release
An effective and long-lasting soft tissue therapy, for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Myofascial Release uses slow and gentle techniques with subtle and incremental pressure, along with steady pressure. Myofascial Release has been shown to be extremely effective in easing chronic pain, resetting mobility and range of motion, and is highly recommended for those suffering from fibromyalgia. Myofascial Release is a modality of Deep Tissue Massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targets the deepest layers of muscle and connective tissue and may be the best method to release stubborn muscle knots and tension. Deep tissue massage is effective in the relief of tight or painful muscles, postural compensations, and chronic overuse and repetitive movement injuries. Did you know that knots and Trigger Points can be the cause of some chronic pain problems? By releasing these, you can start healing and re-training muscles.
Note: This massage can have more intense techniques that may create a slight soreness that might last a couple of days.
Sports Massage
Excellent for athletes and people at all levels of physical activity. Sports massage uses techniques designed to enhance athletic performance as well as treat specific problems, injuries, and pain associated with sports activities.
When performed as a pre-event treatment it stimulates blood flow to the muscles, and increase flexibility to reduce the risk of injury. It is typically more vigorous than traditional massage. Post event treatments are designed to help speed up tissue repair and reduce recovery time.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body. This is an ideal treatment for those who are not able to participate in traditional massage.
Chair Massage
Onsite chair massages are done while you are seated, fully clothed in a portable, specially designed chair. Perfect for corporate events, fundraisers, office and home parties.

Exfoliating Back Massage (1 hr)

Have you ever tried to exfoliate your back, and just can’t seem to get to those hard-to-reach spots? The Exfoliating Back Massage starts with a dry exfoliation with gloves to enhance circulation and to remove dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. It is followed by a sugar scrub to further exfoliate. Then, an application of hot towels to clean off any scrub is followed by a 30 minute back massage. Another round of hot towels, is the application of a Honeylift Massage Lotion. This lotion gets tacky and sticky, which encourages circulation and loosens impurities within the skin. After removing with hot towels, moisturizing lotion is applied, and the end result is a silky smooth back.
Rejuvenating Foot Treatment (1 hr)

Are your feet feeling tired, fatigued and sore? Try this Rejuvenating Foot Treatment to put some pep in your step! Start out with a 10 minute foot soak with Eucalyptus, Spearmint and Peppermint to soothe tired and sore feet. Then, enjoy a pampering foot scrub with your choice of lavender or eucalyptus scrub. After your feet are nice and smooth, relax with a Green Tea Mint Foot Masque while enjoying hand massage. To finish off your pampered feet, an application of a rich moisturizer is massaged in, leaving your feet feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
